【Usage Example】Fluorescent reagent for detecting cytotoxicity 'C.LIVE'
With the use of CELLCYTE X, it is possible to obtain and quantify the fluorescent signals of cytotoxicity assays without removing the cells from the incubator.
We would like to introduce the application examples of the fluorescent reagent 'C.LIVE' for cell toxicity assays, which enables real-time direct detection of cytotoxicity. It enters dead cells through damaged plasma membranes and emits fluorescence after binding to DNA. There is no impact on the growth and morphology of live cells upon addition. Perform cell toxicity assays in a simple three-step process: seed the cells, add compounds containing this reagent, and dynamically monitor the cell status using the CELLCYTE X imaging system.
